Terms and conditions for return
If you're not completely satisfied with our product, please contact our Customer Service department to inquire about an exchange or return within 30 days of your original purchase date (less shipping and the price of any parts that were damaged by your inappropriate usage or mishandling by shipping carrier). Please Note: E-liquids (unopened or not) and used clearomizers, tanks, and cartomizers are not eligible for returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. If your item is defective, please see our Warranty Page. You must obtain an RMA from us before returning any product.
